The Bishop of the Diocese leads the DOMSE Diocesan Ministry Council (DMC), including the council officers and heads of all DOMSE ministries. The DMC’s mission is to identify opportunities for service, growth, and development within the diocese and its ministries. The DMC meets regularly for business meetings and conference planning and oversees the execution of Diocesan functions and initiatives.
